The solution consisted on completing "Deep dive” research on large multi-national customers in order to understand the main risks they face and provide them with tailored sales solutions to help to mitigate risks. In order to do so, PH Global Advisor:

  • Identified, prioritized and mitigated the most critical risks. A 360° risk mapping was presented to prospects and customers with the aim of reducing costs and exposure by defining a risk solution package approach (Group, global brokers, financial partners) to mitigate all risks.
  • Providied independent and objective analysis to support growth via Strategic Risk Management (support customer’s ambition to grow).

As a result

The function contributed to positioning the credit insurance company as both an expert and long-term partner. Underlying PH Global Advisor helped sales force by providing the tools to adapt offers to actual situation. 

It was nominated as best idea of the year and created a new cooperation model with the credit insurance company and its controlling Group in mitigating risks through joint package solutions; Part of the Customer Centricity initiative as the Global Advisor approach has been retained as the best way to understand customers’ needs for multinationals.
